This is an AWESOME product!! Now that I have one, I could not live without it! Everyone should have one in their shower! A friend gave me one in July as a gift, and mine has never fallen off my shower wall! Maybe Claire in CA has not mounted it in her shower correctly. I even take mine with me when I travel! I just put it in a plastic grocery bag and pack it in a suitcase! I just ordered one for my 18 year-old son so he could have one in his shower, because he kept taking mine out of my shower to use in his because he loves it so much, and he never put mine back in my shower at the right height for me, so I broke down and bought him one. This product is GREAT!

If you have tiles in your shower area, don't buy this as it won't work. I don't think the suction cups are strong enough, it slides around after a few strokes.
